Synopsis
Three young people meet in the middle of the forest in the Swiss Jura as they search for the Chalet du Carroz, their goal for ski touring excursions since they left their vehicle at the Col de la Givrine. This chalet is guarded by members of the Geneva Section of the Alpine Club.
Our 3 young protagonists, Lyrice (20 years old), Arnaud (19 years old) and Valérian (18 years old) are warmly and spontaneously welcomed at the chalet. They discover the multitude activities of the Club and in particular the organisation of an expedition to the Great Himalaya, to Zanskar in India in July 2015, 6 months from now. Without really knowing where this region is located, they leave the chalet with the crazy idea of participating in this adventure.
The Club then decided to offer them the opportunity to prepare themselves to go on an expedition, an incredible step in their dream to become autonomous and passionate mountaineers.
Himalayas is totally insane! Just the name makes you want to go!!
